DKLS Clearwater Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of DKLS, is a major shareholder of SAVAN-DKLS Water Supply Co. Ltd. (SDWS), holding 70% equity. SDWS is a joint venture privatisation scheme with Nam Pa Pa Savannakhet Province (state owned enterprise) holding 30% shares. SDWS is responsible to operate, manage and distribute treated water to all the domestic accounts as well as commercial and industrial premises in the Kaysone Phomvihane District of Savannakhet Province, Lao PDR.
