AMERY Residences Taiping bagged three wins at the StarProperty Awards 2026
We are very proud to share that on 7 May 2026, DKLS Industries Berhad's wholly owned subsidiary, DKLS Premierhome Sdn Bhd, has been recognised with three notable honours at the 11th StarProperty Real Estate Developer Awards 2026 held at Sunway Resort, Petaling Jaya. The prestigious event was organised by StarProperty Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Star Media Group, and was graced by Housing and Local Government Minister, Yang Berhormat Tuan Nga Kor Ming as the Guest of Honour.
At this year's awards, DKLS Premierhome was named the winner across 3 distinct categories:
* the Cornerstone Award – Excellence Winner in Best Landed Development (Perak);
* the Family-Friendly Award – Excellence Winner in Best Family-Centric Development (Landed) – Perak; and
* the Northern Star Award – Excellence Winner in Best Northern Malaysia Development for its AMERY Residences Taiping project.
A Triple Win! AMERY Residences Taiping took home awards in 3 major categories at the StarProperty Real Estate Developer Awards 2026.
This recognition highlights our ongoing commitment to excellence, innovation, and creating exceptional living spaces within the community. Prior to this achievement, the development had already been recognised as the first and only landed residential development in Taiping, Perak to be provisionally GBI (Green Building Index) certified.
The StarProperty Real Estate Developer Awards 2026 celebrates developers who have made exceptional contributions to the growth of the Malaysian real estate industry. This year's event featured two high-profile Special Recognition Awards and thirty-five category-level awards. Each category-level award has three levels of winners that is Excellence being the highest ranking level followed by Honours and then Merit. These category-level awards recognise the projects that demonstrably elevate standards and share the quality of life within society.
